As our beans are made to order, we will ship them out as soon as we get them from our roasters and vacuumed sealed for freshness. This usually takes about 2 weeks.

Once we have shipped your order, you will get a tracking number for your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, as this is a perishable item, we do not allow returns or exchanges. However, do feel free to request a picture of your product before we send it out if you want.
